These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions and purchases made via our website, www.aera-lab.com.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following provisions. Please read them carefully.

1. PRICING

All prices are quoted in euros (€) and exclude broker fees, value-added tax (VAT), customs duties, and any other applicable import levies. These additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

2. SHIPPING

AÈRA-LAB collaborates with an international network of transportation partners to provide insured shipping by road, air, or sea at competitive rates. Our standard shipping quotations include door-to-door delivery limited to the ground floor. Should delivery beyond the ground floor be required, prior notice is essential, and additional charges may apply.

Quoted shipping fees exclude any customs clearance charges, import duties, taxes, or other brokerage-related costs.

In cases where the customer opts to arrange their own shipping, AÈRA-LAB will provide the package's weight and dimensions. The customer assumes full responsibility for insurance and safe delivery under such arrangements.

3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction is a priority at AÈRA-LAB. Should a product not meet your expectations, you may request a return, subject to the following conditions:

A 15% restocking fee will apply to cover the cost of repackaging, handling, and re-listing the item.
The customer bears all associated shipping costs for both delivery and return.
Returns are only applicable to online purchases and must be initiated within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed only upon receipt of the returned item(s) in the same condition as originally shipped.
Shipping fees, return transportation costs, and import duties are non-refundable.

We urge all clients to inquire thoroughly before making a purchase. Videos or video calls can be arranged upon request to help ensure the product meets your expectations.

In the event that an item is proven to be misrepresented in terms of authenticity or originality, AÈRA-LAB will accept the return and issue a refund equivalent to the product price.

Please note: Many of our pieces are vintage or antique, and while preserved or restored, they may exhibit signs of age or wear. Items are sold "as seen". As we are neither the original manufacturers nor reupholsterers, we do not offer any warranties or guarantees.

4. PAYMENTS

Payments are accepted exclusively via bank transfer. Upon confirmation of your order, a formal invoice will be issued containing the requisite company and banking details.

Credit card payments are not accepted.
Any bank transaction charges are to be borne solely by the purchaser.
Kindly ensure the invoice number is clearly referenced when making the transfer.
